Job duties:
- Review and analyse job description in Hay format
- Comparison of job descriptions provided
- Provide suggestions to content of job description
- Ensure timely completion of reviewing job descriptions
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Singaporean(s) may apply
- Min. 8 years of Human Resource experience
- Experience with Hay Format/ Hay Job Evaluation is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and writing ability
