The Role:
Currently we are looking for an experienced and self-driven Service Technician to join our team.
As an Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing after sales support for Rawlplug's customers in terms of servicing of Power Tools.
We are looking for committed professional with a friendly approach.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, installation and repairs of Company's Power Tools.
- Assist customers in technical solution and problem solving by performing testing & repair works.
- Analysis, interpretation & troubleshooting of Power Tools.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Keep a track of history service repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness and safey at work area.
Key requirements for a perfect candidate:
- At least a Diploma in Engineering fields.
- At least 1 year in technical service of power tools.
- Experience with power tools and diagnostic tools.
- Hand on experience with power tools.
- English speaking.
- IT literate with good communication skills.
- Able and willing to learn about products.
- Patient and friendly personality.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
- Detailed & organised.
