We are looking for a Project Executive / Senior Project Executive with SCRUM experience or knowledge to play a part in creating customised solutions for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include daily management of the customised software developments (Web App / Mobile App) and work with the development team to adopt the SCRUM Framework. You will also be required to actively communicate with the clients & internal team members to ensure projects are delivered promptly. The ideal candidate should be an individual who is able to juggle multiple accounts, have systematic working procedures & able to ensure projects are managed in a timely manner. Portraying confidence & being able to meet clients is a key part in this role as well. Candidate should also be technically skilled to advise client & brief internal team on functional requirements whenever necessary.
Job Scope:
- Planning, managing, and delivering solutions using the ideals, concepts, and practices of agile methodology.
- Agile beliefs, principles, and practices are followed by scrum teams through training, coaching, and support.
- Identifying and controlling tasks, problems, dangers, and action items.
- Preparing plans for and directing scrum meetings, gatherings, and decision-making procedures.
- Keeping an eye on performance and progress while assisting teams in getting better.
- Organizing and planning product/system testing demos.
- Ensuring the appropriate application of collaborative techniques and removing obstacles for the scrum team.
- Tracking the financials, deliverables, and processes of the project.
- Preparing and giving stakeholders status reports.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once and multitasking
- Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment and thrives under pressure
- Ability to have a clear understanding of all project timelines & status at all time
- Demonstrates high attention to detail, clear communication, online research skills & problem-solving skills
- Possess good communication skills & is able to accurately convey information to client and internal team members
- Have project management knowledge, eg, Scrum or Agile Framework
- Singaporean or Permanent Resident only
- Preferably outspoken
- Having knowledge on HTML, CSS, PHP, C#, WordPress is a plus point
