After a successful expansion last year we are now looking for a Regional Vendor Manager to help our team in achieving the best results and drive the business forward. THE ROLE:

Reporting into the Senior Divisional Manager, the Regional Vendor Manager will be responsible for the growth and performance of our Partner base. 

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Onboarding and daily operational management of Partner facilities in your allocated region. This includes, ensuring high quality processing & output and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Smooth out any operational issues with your allocated Partners, in a timely and professional manner, including crisis and escalation management.
  • Coordinate with the Partner Operations team to ensure all tasks are completed, and order management is controlled as per the set deadlines.
  • Ensure all Partner KPIs are met or exceeded. 
  • Ensure monthly Partner catch-ups that address areas such as customer complaint resolutions, pricing/contract negotiations and scalability. 
  • Complete weekly Audits for your Facilities and provide clear actionable points to improve processing compliance.
  • Implementation of any transformation projects to ensure that all processes, physical requirements and training are completed for your Partner facilities.
  • Coordinate with the regional account managers and customer operations team to improve customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution.
  • Document management, summarizing processes, learning, and helping to replicate successful models across international markets where needed.
  • Work with internal teams on a series of different projects as required, to improve the overall operations and quality of Partnerships.
  • Keep up-to-date and familiar with all departmental operational changes to understand the sourcing requirements.
  • Ensure adequate processing capacity for orders in your region by scaling current partners or sourcing,, engaging and closing partnership leads, alongside the business development team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Must be able to conduct presentations, discussions and negotiations with international and external stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with an understanding of budget restraints.
  • Must be comfortable analysing data sets and must possess the ability to express clear, logical thinking.
  • Must be organized and a self-starter.
  • Ambitious & entrepreneurial.
  • Hungry for progression & process-driven.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Should be comfortable multitasking in a high-energy environment.
  • Needs to be able to adapt to highly dynamic situations.

Desired, but not essential:

  • Experience with Partner acquisition CRMs and/or digital sales.
  • Exposure to business intelligence platforms such as Data Studio.
  • Experience in working in different markets internationally, with strong cultural awareness.
  • 3+ years of experience in a high growth start-up environment.
  • Can ideally demonstrate a highly numerate and commercial mindset. 
  • Exposure of dealing and negotiating with commercial businesses. 
  • Experience working in/with a busy dry cleaning/laundry business.

Contract:

Full time, 40 hours.
