Responsibilities
· Provide administrative and clerical duties.
· Maintain and upkeep data entry, inventory control, invoicing, and service requisition.
· Planning and preparations of shipments
· Co-ordinate A & P Marketing of the brands
. Other Ad-Hoc & multi tasks
Requirements:
At least 2 years of working experience will be an added advantage.
Candidates must possess at least GCE 'O' levels or professional certificates.
Other Advanced Diploma / Post-Diploma qualifications or equivalent.
Fluent with computer programs (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Photoshop)
Able to multi-task with a high level of initiative, self-motivated individual, and able meets datelines
Fluent in English
Preferable able to commence work immediately.
