Job Description
- Handle full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment & selection, performance management compensation & benefits, training and employee relations
- Manage and process monthly payroll and CPF submission
- Submission of statutory claims
- Handle work pass administration
- Administer hiring and termination processes
- Maintain group insurance for employees
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Responsible for administrative matters such as corporate events planning, petty cash etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in HRM or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Great interpersonal skills and meticulous in work
- Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
- Highly motivated to complete tasks independently
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice is an advantage
- Willing to work in Tuas
