Job Description

  • Handle full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment & selection, performance management compensation & benefits, training and employee relations
  • Manage and process monthly payroll and CPF submission
  • Submission of statutory claims
  • Handle work pass administration
  • Administer hiring and termination processes
  • Maintain group insurance for employees
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
  • Responsible for administrative matters such as corporate events planning, petty cash etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in HRM or related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Great interpersonal skills and meticulous in work
  • Familiar with the Singapore Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act
  • Highly motivated to complete tasks independently
  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice is an advantage
  • Willing to work in Tuas
