IT Helpdesk Support (Level 1 & 2, West, Up to $3500, 3-6 Months Contract)
Salary: Up to $3500 + Completion Bonus
Workdays: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm, Alternate Sat 8.30-1pm
Location: Tuas Crescent
3 or 6 Month Contract
Job Scope:
• level 1 & 2 technical support for user's desktops and laptops (Windows OS)
• Basic troubleshooting of networking issues in Windows domain environment (TCP/IP, Active Directory, Wireless AP, Firewall, Router, Switch)
• Corporate Email setup and administration
• Printer/MFP setup and support
• Hardware/Software inventory documentation
• Monitor daily backup
Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma in IT or related principles
• With 6 Months - 1 Year of experience in IT Helpdesk environment
