We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Executive to join our team of professionals responsible for the training and development needs of our lawyers and to support other knowledge management functions.
You will be expected to work with the team to provide support as follows
- Managing end-to-end training administration process i.e. registration for courses, tracking of attendance, handling payment and invoices, generating reports.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training requirements and ensure alignment with SILE and organisational goals.
- Support other learning and development work, including logistics, finances, maintaining and updating records, and other administrative work.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
- A diploma in any discipline
- Strong organisational and project management skills to handle multiple training initiatives simultaneously, manage training logistics and meet deadlines.
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Excel.
- Resourceful, flexible, and responsive in dealing with people.
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail.
- Prior experience in learning and development roles would be advantageous.
- Technological capabilities and an interest in automating administrative processes would be advantageous.
- A good command of written and spoken Mandarin may be an advantage.
