Job Description
- Assist and support inventory control
- Data entry and keeping accurate records in a warehouse environment
- Perform warehouse admin duties
- Schedule and organize workload
- Invoicing
- Handling of warehouse documentation for order fulfilment and deliveries
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure cleanliness of working environment
- Liaison between Office, Sales, and Warehouse to maintain good communication and relations
- Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Requirements
- GCE ‘N’/’O’/ITE or its equivalent
- Preferably with 1 years’ working experience in a warehouse admin environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Team player who is service-oriented and with a positive attitude
