Responsibilities:
• Manage ex-stock list and record incoming and outgoing stocks
• Support sales team in matching, reserving and updating of stock status
• Ensure stock inventory list is accurate and up-to-date at all times
• Support sales team with processing quotation, sales order & filing
• Attend to customer enquiries & follow up
• Coordinate orders and lead time with operations team
• Maintain good relationship with customer
• Be familiar with product offerings and market trends
• Any other ad-hoc duties required
Requirements:
· Possess Diploma / Certificate
· Good communication skills (spoken & written)
· Meticulous, highly organized and team-player
· Self-driven, adaptive and good interpersonal skills.
· Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
