Responsibilities:
- Provide secretary support to CEO
- Manages calendar plans and schedule meetings
- Assist in company’s project such as handling all paperwork, analyse data, preparing documents for meetings, etc.
- Regular coordination with China counterpart
- Booking air tickets, visa applications and hotel arrangements
- Provide day to day general administrative support
- Monitor and review all existing/new contracts ensuring timely facilitation for renewal/negotiation
- Arranging of courier services for local and overseas
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- O level/Professional cert or equivalent
- 5 years of related working experience
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin, both written and verbal is essential (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
