Strategic Development and Investor Relations Manager - Coffee Industry
Job Description:
We are a company in the rapidly expanding coffee industry, seeking an experienced Strategic Development and Investor Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on the development and implementation of strategic planning and governance processes to support business development in the Singapore and Asia market.
Requirements:
-Experience: Over 8 years of experience of strategy planning, investor relations, or business development in coffee industry, with a strong preference for candidates who have at least 2 years of work experience in other countries.(Thailand/China/Hongkong/etc)
- Education: Minimum of a degree holder.
- Language Skills: Must be proficient in both English and Chinese (reading, writing, and speaking) and able to deliver presentations fluently in Chinese.
- Travel: Willingness to travel around the APAC region, with about 30% travel time annually.
- Skills and Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience with an excellent mix of business management and planning skills, high dedication to coordination, and stakeholder management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic planning and governance processes to bolster our presence and growth in the Singapore and Asia market.
- Proactively identify and prioritize key strategic issues and market-based opportunities.
- Serve as a strategic thought partner in the development, implementation, and administration of strategic business planning processes.
- Support board directors with growth plans through in-house consulting projects, leveraging business acumen with external insights and industry trends.
- Manage the strategic planning for and governance of initiatives.
- Communicate with local and Chinese investors and execute the process of identifying new growth opportunities.
- Provide leadership for the strategic team and marketing department.
