Job Scope:
1.Kitchen Housekeeping (Before & After Operating Hours)
- Keep kitchen tables dry, neat and clean as per requirements
- Keep kitchen utensils dry, neat and returned back to initial place
- Ensure kitchen towels cleanliness
- Manintain work stations, kitchen equipment and kitchen area cleanliness
2.Goods Receiving & Storage Response Time
- Good received within expected timeline from our suppliers
- Clear and ensure no blockage for common area and walk way within expected timeline
- Good replenished or right placement (e.g., fridge/storeroom) within expected timeline
3.Food Quality
- Prepare processed food according to SOP and within stipulated time
4.Food Wastage
- Reduce food wastages (due to overfry / burnt / not cooked)
5.Hygiene Aspects
- Strictly comply with food and hygiene SOP
6.Adhoc Duties
- Replenish of condiments and utensils as and when needed
