1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.

2. Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling recruitment content and promote the company's values and culture.

3. Candidate Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, creating a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide timely and transparent communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various departments.
  • Facilitate and participate in hiring manager interviews, providing insights and recommendations.

5. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.

6. Diversity and Inclusion:

  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, implementing strategies to attract candidates from various backgrounds and experiences.
