1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements.
2. Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create compelling recruitment content and promote the company's values and culture.
3. Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, creating a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide timely and transparent communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements for various departments.
