We specialise in supporting Japanese companies expanding their businesses into Singapore and their expatriates for their housing needs. We provide real estate supporting services covering commercial and residential properties.


We seek for suitable candidates who are passionate in providing good supporting services to our clients who are mostly foreigners relocating to Singapore for their new career advancements.


Job Responsibilities:

· Arrange appointments with property owners/ Tenants/ contractors or repairmen

· Prepare Tenants for the handing over of the apartments including briefing them on the rules and regulations of the condo.

· Hand over apartments to Tenants.

· To inspect the conditions of the apartments, take photos of conditions for record and prepare property condition report using the photos.

· Respond to Tenants' feedback / queries/ request for repairs promptly

· Communicate with contractors on the internal defects and coordinate for follow-up repairs

· Monitor the progress of defects rectification

· Has some very basic knowledge on aircon & home appliances

· Able to perform simple handyman work is ideal but this is optional

· Coordinate, prepare and guide Tenants for pre-handback process of the apartments.

· Support Tenants/ Owners at the handing back of the apartments and prepare closing statements.

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior


Job Requirements:

· Able to understand Singapore Tenancy Agreements

· Able to write and communicate effectively in English.

· At least 1 year customer service in any industry.

· May be required to guide Japanese housewives in simple English, to understand how to troubleshoot for faulty home appliances.

· Good in communication and able to work under pressure

· Is patient and has a service-oriented attitude

· Able to work as a team player and independently if needed

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Enjoys learning about house maintenance issues.
