- Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops with different stakeholders.
- Have UX writing, content design and content strategy experience on digital products or digital platforms.
- Possess a good portfolio that demonstrates creativity and craft in writing for digital products or media.
- Have strong conceptual skills with knowledge of how copy relates to design and user experience.
- Experience working closely with a UX team of Interaction/UX designers, Visual designers and UX researchers to deliver the best user experience.
- Experience working in a cross-functional and agile development team would be a bonus.
