- Coordinate with owner/authorities to facilitate the work progress.
- Engage, liaise and co-ordinate with subcontractors and other relevant parties.
- Follow up and report on the project progress.
- Oversee and ensure that Change Management as it relates to budget, revised design and potential schedule impact.
- Lead and drive the project management works.
- Size up new projects and prepare project tender bids for submission.
- Perform contract management administration
- Possess relevant working experience with station projects
- Familiar with top-down construction sequences and methods
