Key Responsibilities:


Client Relationship Management:

· Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.

· Understand clients' unique challenges, goals, and needs to provide tailored solutions.

· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and communication


Sales and Business Development:

· Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services or solutions.

· Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create customized proposals and solutions.

· Continuously seek new opportunities to expand our presence in IT sector


Account Planning:

· Develop account plans and strategies for each client, outlining objectives and tactics.

· Monitor and report on account performance, revenue, and key performance indicators (KPIs)


Market Research:

· Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies.
