Job Responsibilities:
- Perform the full spectrum of HR activities and provide dedicated HR services and support including and not limiting to recruitment, on boarding and off boarding process, policy and procedure, compensation and benefits
- Maintain and upkeep confidential employee personal files
- Handle employees’ medical, workman injury compensation and group hospitalisation insurance and co-ordinate with company’s insurance broker on issues relating to insurance premiums, renewals, and claims
- Ensure timely submission of government and MOM-related surveys
- Ensure all HR administrative matters pertaining to employee employment, confirmation,transfer, cessations and government claims submissions etc are handled timely
- Administer all necessary grant applications
- Maintain Info-Tech Cloud HR System
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resource field in any industry
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
- Must be well versed with the Employment Act, industry trends and HR best practices
- Familiar with government legislations eg. MOM, CPF, Tax
- Analytical, pro-active and a team player
- Comprehensive HR experience, including a complete understanding of all hands-on exposure to the full mix of HR functions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
