Job Description & Requirements
To oversee the management of residential developments.
The successful candidate will be assigned to a group of sites for him/her to manage and the duties include but not limited to;
- Conducting weekly visits and inspections to assigned sites
- Monitoring Progress Reports compilation at assigned sites
- Checking of records
- Advisory to site
- Reporting to Management
- Co-ordinating the preparedness for Council Meetings and General Meetings.
- Attending Council Meetings and General Meetings.
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office and Google Forms.
