Job Description & Requirements
- Handle all aspects of reservations for hotel booking
- Answer incoming telephone calls and handle bookings upon inquiry
- Liaise directly with the Manager on duty for daily arrivals
- Handle room allocation
- Answer emails for reservations with inquiries and confirmed bookings
- Handle on line travel agent bookings and answer inquires
- Handle guest requests and dispatch to relevant departments
- Daily filing of reservations paper work
- Compliant to company’s Policies and Procedures relating to guest services for reservations and front office functions
Job Requirement:
• Preferably someone who has good computer skills
• Great team player
• Self-starter and independent worker
• Can work with positive attitude, welcomes challenge with positive outlook and work like a family at Ibis Styles
• Requires Shift Work and able to work during weekends
• Experience in Reservations
• keen to pursue career in hospitality and eager to learn and grow in our organisation
