Adecco has partnered with a prestigious Korean multinational corporation in the tobacco and financial venture capital sector, We are on the lookout for an experienced office manager to join their team. This key role within the organization directly reports to the business administration manager based in Singapore and serves as the primary point of contact for the corporation's new office in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support the establishment of the new office
- Manage office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Provide administrative support to the GM and the team as needed.
- Coordinate and organize office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Expat management (Work pass, housing etc)
The Talent:
- 3 years of experience as an office manager, preferably in the new office setup.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
