Introduction
Our central kitchen, located at Tampines, supports the mise-en-place and supply of perishable and non-perishable inventory for all restaurants and concepts across the Ebb & Flow Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, and prepare meat according to needs
- Weigh and package meat products
- Properly labeled and store meat products
- Keep work area clean and organise according to HACCP
- Keep a detailed record of inventory products and order new supplies when necessary
- Arrange products in accordance to storage condition and temperature requirements
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Butcher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and their best uses
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
