Tasks to perform:
· To assist SCD managers to collect, confirm and compile FM asset. This includes scheduled visits to different locations across Singapore to collect, confirm and compile FM asset data and performing due diligence checks on existing data.
· Good IT skills with proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
· Physically fit and able to walk for long periods.
· Able to work under tight timelines.
· Able to work closely with school representatives and managing agents.
· Meticulous and able to work with minimum supervision.
· Possessing own transportation is an advantage.
· Experience in estate management, building maintenance, building related experience in consultancy or Managing Agent firms, preferably with a minimum of 1 year in the respective position/field.
· Diploma or Degree in building related disciplines (e.g., estate management, building maintenance, architectural, quantity surveying, civil/ structural/ mechanical or electrical engineering)
· Those without a building-related diploma or degree, and with relevant experience and expertise may also apply.
