a) Responsible for all aspects of works during Pre-Contract stage includes preparation and submission of tender documentation, sourcing of quotation, evaluation of tender submission, taking-off bills of quantities.
b) Responsible for all aspects of works during Post-Contract Stage which includes Sub-contract procurement, price comparison, prepare Sub-Contract Agreement, prepare and submit monthly progress claim and variation work, taking off quantity, cost estimation, assess Sub-Contractors' claim and prepare Payment Response to Sub-contractor, Final Account for Main Contract and Sub-Contract.
c) Contract administration, maintain contract documentation and advise on pre contract and post contract matters.
d) Prepare and follow up all QS related matter in timely manner and cost effective.
e) Attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements.
f) Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
