Job Description
- Plan and gather tenant’s participation for joint collaborations event
- Work closely with Leasing Department in the lease renewal for concourse space, pushcart, and advertisement space
- Assist in developing presence in social media platforms and integrate marketing events or promotion online
- Keep abreast with the latest marketing technologies and trends to uncover new marketing opportunities
- Monitor expenses and adhere to budget allocation
- Makes recommendations on best practices within chain
- Assist in monthly report consolidation
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Relevant experience working in similar position. Experience in Casual Leasing will be advantageous
