You will be working with our partner to enhance operational excellence.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Building and scaling core operations: You'll oversee and optimize key functions like finance, human resources, legal, customer service, implementation, and customer success ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our strategic goals.
- Crafting and implementing operational strategy: Partnering closely with the CEO, you'll translate our vision into tangible action plans, developing and driving efficient processes for growth and scalability.
- Building and leading high-performing teams: You'll attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent across various departments, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Driving financial efficiency and responsibility: You'll manage financial resources prudently, securing funding, overseeing budgets, and implementing cost-effective strategies for sustainable growth.
- Developing and maintaining effective commercial strategies: You'll forge strategic alliances with key industry players to expand reach, access resources, and drive mutual success through enabling Sales and owning some Sales and BD cycles yourself.
- Staying ahead of the curve: You'll possess a deep understanding of the cloud infrastructure and Web3 ecosystem, continuously identifying trends, evaluating emerging technologies, and adapting operations to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
- Proven track record: 10+ years of startup experience in a leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Venture capital: ex-founder or senior executive at early stage startup that’s raised at least $20M from Venture Capital in several priced rounds or via debt or notes.
- Operational expertise: Solid understanding of building and scaling operational frameworks across business functions mentioned above.
- Financial acumen: 7 years experience managing budgets, fundraising, and financial modeling in a tech startup setting.
- Leadership prowess: 10 years leading teams and possessing the ability to inspire, motivate, and build high-performing teams with diverse backgrounds.
- Strategic thinking: 7 years setting strategy with a keen eye for identifying opportunities, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Web3 understanding: Familiarity with the Web3 landscape, its core principles, and its potential impact on various industries.
- Passion for innovation: Demonstrated genuine enthusiasm for Web3 or cloud infrastructure and a dedication to pushing the boundaries of what's possible in this revolutionary space.
- Preferred: Have sold against Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud as a startup or developed on AWS or GCP previously
