Job Description
This role is with our client, a prominent Secondary School in Singapore.
- Front Desk Reception and Customer Service e.g. handle incoming phone calls, enquries and deliveries and courier services.
- Attend to walk in students, teachers, parents, vendors, visitors of the school.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mails
- Perfom administrative support such as Data entry
- Collation of data and statistics e.g. from surveys
- Photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing of documents
- Distribute resources to teachers/classrooms as per required
- Provide simple first aid to the injured /unwell staff, students or visitors.
- Provide manpower support during ad-hoc school activities
- Any other duties assigned by the School Leaders, Admin Manager, Admin Executives and Heads of Department.
Requirements
- Preferably GCE 'O' Level Certificate or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Good command of English
- Preferably 2-3 years of experience as receptionist and admin
- Having prior general administration experience working in a school environment would be an advantage.
- Should preferably have certified basic first aid knowledge and skill. Untrained candidate is welcome but he/she will need to obtain Standard First Aid Certificate within the first year of contract.
Work Details:
Contract until end of December 2024, extendable
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM during School Term
Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 5 PM on School Holidays
