Job Description

  • Handle sales enquiries and order processing.
  • Prepare quotation, issue delivery order and Invoice
  • Coordinate shipment and handle import/export shipment documentation/correspondences.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial services.
  • Other adhoc task from Manager

Requirements:

  • Min. Professional Certificate/Higher NiTEC in Office Skill
  • Computer literacy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience.
  • No experience are also welcome as we will provide on-job training
  • Self-motivated, good analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese in case need to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts related to customer queries and import/export shipments as well
  • Entry level are welcome to apply
