Job Description
- Handle sales enquiries and order processing.
- Prepare quotation, issue delivery order and Invoice
- Coordinate shipment and handle import/export shipment documentation/correspondences.
- Provide administrative and secretarial services.
- Other adhoc task from Manager
Requirements:
- Min. Professional Certificate/Higher NiTEC in Office Skill
- Computer literacy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
- No experience are also welcome as we will provide on-job training
- Self-motivated, good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Chinese in case need to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts related to customer queries and import/export shipments as well
- Entry level are welcome to apply
