Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the RD Fitness team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. Take ownership of planning and execution.
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging and relevant content for our social media platforms, website, and email marketing campaigns. This includes writing blog posts, creating graphics, and developing video content for social media usage.
- Social Media Management: Manage our social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. Stay updated with fitness trends and share relevant content.
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotions. Ensure timely and targeted communication with our members.
- Event Promotion: Lead the promotion of fitness events, workshops, and challenges. Coordinate marketing materials and oversee event logistics.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities. Prepare comprehensive reports and strategic recommendations.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
