Roles & Responsibilities
The Marketing Executive will support the design, development and implementation of annual marketing strategies for OWELL as well as the optimisation of available resources to achieve the company’s revenue and branding objectives. These include and are not limited to designing all onlines’ collaterals, photography, positioning the company, building brand awareness, shops performance and competitive ranking, and generating revenue gains. Other responsibilities include achieving KPIs and demonstrating measurable returns on communication programmes.
The Marketing Executive will assist in enhance and maximize the profile of OWELL through marketing, media, digital marketing, website content management, partnering with/ linking to key partner web sites, public relations and promotional partnerships.
Job Descriptions:
- Working closely within Marketing in rolling out the marketing strategies, promotions and initiatives to better engage with our customers.
- Support the development and implementation of the brand’s marketing strategy in positioning, growth and new opportunities.
- Independently carry out thorough well-researched content, to curate, propose and create quality content that is accurate, engaging, relevant, for the target audience across multiple platforms.
- Produce designs and production of digital assets for websites, e-market places, product graphics, web logos, social.
- Uploading and maintaining news/research articles on company website.
- Creating specifications for all print collaterals, revamping and designing collaterals based on said tones/messages adhering to corporate guidelines.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing tends, new technologies and share insights with the rest of the teams.
- Able to take photo and video of products and treatment processes.
- Write and produce insightful and relevant long-form editorials on a wide variety of Health/lifestyle topics with compelling headlines for multiple platforms.
- Plan and manage editorial content, including uploading on-site and proposing relevant adaptation for social formats.
- Create engaging content from copywriting to creating artwork, infographics, videos, etc for various media platforms (traditional and new media).
- Develop informative and promotional content for digital channels including all social medias, EDM, and website.
- Work closely with the team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
- Identify the latest content and digital marketing trends and ideas and propose relevant content accordingly.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of KPIs to offer suggestions for improvement.
- Daily involvement in marketing activities ATL, BTL, Digital, Events, Seminars, Product training, etc.
- Learning opportunities in other marketing areas (Digital & Social, Training & Development, Branding & Development, etc).
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
o A team player who is able to work independently.
o Diploma, Degree & above in Design Art (Visual Communications), Design Media, Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
o A clear and engaging writing style that can cover a wide range of healthcare topics with a user-centric approach
o Attention to detail with a keen eye for proofreading and editing.
o Strong command of the English Language for editing, copywriting and proof-reading.
o Proficient in design software such as Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign/Premiere Pro/Adobe/Microsoft Office/Video.
o Has basic understanding of HTML and e-commerce concepts
o Knowledge of social media platforms, social content marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, Goodle AdWords, Facebook and Instagram advertising tools.
o An eye in social media visual and a proactive self-starter.
