Job Description
To assist in the daily operations of the clinic inclusive but not limited to the following:
Counter duties:
- Triage and temperature taking.
- Familiar with Patient Risk Profile Portal.
- Registration of patients, dispensing of medication and collection of payments
- Perform COVID-19 Swabs
- Explain medical and health screen packages to patients
- Assist in booking of appointment for patients for chronic disease
- Follow-up treatment/ blood tests and vaccination
- Handling of incoming calls and enquiries.
- Assist doctors with chaperoning and conduct minor procedures
Supervisor duties:
- Administrative tasks
- Submission of claims ie. MBS and Managed Care claims for different insurance schemes
- Ordering of Medications, consumables
- Manage rostering of staff and doctors – include finding locum doctors
- Check and reconcile of the incoming payments from government/ insurance company
Requirements:
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good IT proficiency required (Computer system, Managed Care portals)
- Familiar with MBS, MHCP claim portal and TPA claims (Alliance, IHP, MHC, Parkway Shenton, Adept Health)
- Ability to speak mandarin/ malay will be an advantage.
- Minimum GCE O level and above with relevant experience in healthcare/ GP clinic setting.
- Customer service orientation with pleasant disposition.
- Experience in GP clinic is necessary. Previous experience as clinic supervisor will be an advantage

** Ability to commit to 3 nights + 1 weekend morning
Basic Salary $3000 - $3500 ( depending on experience)
