Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries and feedback through phones / emails / walk-ins
- Processing customer orders, prepare sales quotation, issue sales invoice creation in NAVISION
- Coordinate with logistics and schedule for orders delivery
- Provides support to the sales team and coordinate well with other departments
- Assist in general administration duties and Ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Only open to Singaporeans or PR
- Minimum Professional Certification, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients in view of business communications
- Min 1 year in sales support or a related administrative role
- Availability to start work within short notice will be ideal

- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30pm (Mon – Fri) ; 8.30 am to 1.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
