Patient Service Associate (6 Month Contract to Perm)
Location: Novena/Woodlands/Outram Park
Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 7pm (1 hour lunch 2-3pm)
Work one Sunday (4h) every month
Salary: 1.5k to 3k
JOB SUMMARY
• Perform registration, billing and payment collection, and assist in prescription processing to ensure seamless operation of Pharmacy and ensure wait time targets are met
• Perform a variety of patient service activities and services to ensure that the patients and members of public are attended to promptly and courteously
• Assist in training of staff on registration, payment collection and billing procedures
• Maintain timely and accurate records of patients’ information
• To assist Pharmacist in the maintenance of pharmacy work area and patient records
• Support medication delivery operations by sorting and accounting for delivery parcels
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor / Head of department
Requirements:
- Min A Level/Diploma
- Able to start work imemdiately
- Able to commit long term
