Our Technical Trainer is responsible for developing training materials and providing training to employees using effective training techniques to engage participants and enhance learning outcomes.
You will take the lead in consolidating our knowledge base, documenting knowledge and solutions to build product knowledge capacity within the organisation.
You will create reference guides for our technical teams to have easy reference to easily access our knowledge and procedures.
You will train and audit the business partners on the installation methods used to ensure consistency in brand experience locally.
In addition, you will also conduct training analysis and evaluation to suggest necessary training program and improvements.
What will the Right Person look like?
- Experience as a Technical Trainer or a similar role, with the background in delivering technical training programs
- Prior exposure to fabrication and/or installation activities involving curtains, blinds and aluminium products for windows, balconies and outdoor spaces would be a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- A team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile.
- Good time management and organisational skills
