Working Hours: Mon- Thurs 740am – 0535pm, Fri 740am- 255pm
Basic Up to $4500 + AWS + Bonuses
Job Responsibilities
- Handle all administrative tasks relating to customers' repair orders (create, maintain, quotation, invoicing).
- Regularly update customers on repair orders status and expected delivery dates.
- Co-ordinate all customers' enquiries with cross-functional teams and provide quality and timely responses.
- Prepare repair/overhaul quotations and liaise with customers till acceptance.
- Close and Invoice customers' repair orders promptly.
- Perform repair order costing and profitability analysis.
- Perform back up services (coverage) for other Commercial
- Customer Service Executives (CCSE) during their absence.
- Active contribution to Continuous Improvement Project
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree holder
- 3-4 years' customer service experiences in a fast pace environment.
- IT Proficient (Microsoft Excel)
- Team player with ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills
