- Manage the full spectrum of HR duties including recruitment and selection, preparation of contract, orientation, work pass management, employee relations, and manpower planning.
- Ensure that company regulations and practices align with the Employment Acts and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business/HR or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in construction industry.
- Proficient in PayMaster and Unit4 Prosoft HR system will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Learning and Development preferred.
