Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and servers.
- Install and configure software and hardware.
- Ensure system security and data integrity.
- Monitor system performance and optimize as needed.
- Provide technical support to users.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in system administration.
- Proficiency with Clientele ITSM software.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
