Responsibilities:
- Oversee steel structure fabrication and installation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Supervise and motivate site workers, providing guidance and support to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials usage, and manpower allocation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in supervising steel structure fabrication and installation works within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with construction equipment and machinery.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- 6-day work week, willing to work on Sunday/PH when needed.
Salary Range: SGD 3,500 - SGD 5,500 (Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications)
