- Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
- Oversee project sites’ hiring, training, and evaluation process and take corrective action
- Develop, review & ensure compliance with administrative systems, policies, and procedures
- Identify recruitment needs, manpower allocation, training & development management
- Oversees office assets management
- Conduct internal audits
- Develop relationships with prospective customers, liaise with clients/authorities
- Monitor the financial health of each project, work with various head of departments for project budgeting & forecast
- Periodic reports to Korea Headquarters & Singapore Branch office
Job requirements:
- Degree in B.S. Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience for A1 MNC Construction firm, inclusive of 10 years’ experience at similar level is mandatory for this position
- Candidates with experience in Joint venture projects and/or Reclamation projects will be preferred
- Experienced in construction project Administration management, financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, HR procedures etc
- A proven leader who has abilities to manage multiple construction projects
- Excellent time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP
- Ability to plan ahead for and keep track of deadlines
