Responsibilities:
Recruitment Leadership:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support strategic workforce planning.
Candidate Experience:
- Oversee the candidate experience from application to onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
HR Operations:
- Collaborate with other HR functions to streamline HR processes and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, with [X] years in a leadership role.
