SGD 2,000 - SGD 2,500 (depending on related working experience) + Medical Allowance $40 upon confirmation

Responsibilities:

· To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and email.

· Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

· Provide administrative support to sales team.

· Handling/follow up with customers on all sales support matters.

· Process sales order and follow up payment with clients.

· Coordination and monitor for clients order.

· Prepare shipping documents for overseas shipments; Delivery Orders (DO) for local deliveries and inform customers of shipment details.

· Handle ad hoc task as assigned.


Requirements:

· Working Hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)

· 5.5 working days, alternative sat (44 hours per week)

· Candidate must possess at least a GCE O level or equivalent.

· Good communications and interpersonal skill.

· Fast learner, initiative and able to multitask.

· Able to commit to the role.

· Able to start work within short notice.

. Experience in Autocount Accounting Software will be advantage

. Fresh Graduate with passion in Sales may apply.

. Training will be provided.
