Responsibilities:
• Oversee a portfolio of small to medium-sized condominiums/buildings or be stationed at a condominium.
• Collaborate with the Management Councils to effectively manage the common areas and facilities.
• Obtain quotations for both ad-hoc and term contractors' services, seeking council approval as necessary.
• Address and respond to residents' feedback and requests
• Ensure compliance of MCSTs (Management Corporation Strata Titles) with BMSMA (Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act).
• Ensure that building regulations and by-laws are followed by occupants, visitors, and contractors.
• Manage corrective and preventive maintenance tasks for the buildings.
• Monitor and ensure satisfactory performance of service providers and contractors, adhering to work schedules.
• Attend Council Meetings and Annual General Meetings.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience (job seekers without experience are welcome, as training will be provided).
• Proficient in IT skills.
• Well-versed in BMSMA regulations.
• Possess strong interpersonal, technical, and follow-up skills.
