Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the incoming and outgoing shipment.
- Attend to customer enquiries and follow up enquiry.
- Support and assist outdoor sales personnel for inquiries and quotations.
- To build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers.
- Handling of all billing and invoice.
- Cold call potential customers.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 Years in relevant experience
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge in Microsoft applications
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
