Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily preparation and production of pastry items while maintaining costs and ensuring consistency quality of pastry products.
- Ensures proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with standards and sanitation/health regulations.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- 5 or more years' experience working in the food industry as a Pastry Baker.
- Have good knowledge in Pastry, and hold a Certificate in pastry-making, baking or equivalent are more preferable.
- Used to production routine.
- Have good communication.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
