As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing company operations and employee productivity to achieve organisational objectives, including implementation of organisation-wide goal setting, strategic planning, and performance management.
You will manage teams that consist of Production, Inventory and Fulfillment to ensure that our products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations.
You will collaborate cross-functionally within the business and engage in various projects, aimed at enhancing the organisation's capabilities and performance.
You will also establish and implement quantitative and qualitative metrics and operating procedures to evaluate the company's efficiency and effectiveness.
In addition, you will manage the operational budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing measures to reduce costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
What will the Right Person look like?
- Degree in Business or related field, with at least 8 years of proven experience in operations related roles
- Excellent leadership and people skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other operational software
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, offering tailored solutions and actions to meet identify and address operational challenges
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong command in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) as this role requires you to liaise with our internal and external stakeholders
