Position Overview:
Support key strategic initiatives and projects to drive the development of own products at strategic level, including generating key market and competitive insights, commercial performance reviews and product portfolio development work.
Main Functions & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and development of new products with implementation of product strategies, including pricing, positioning, and target market identification, tailored to each brand.
- Managing relationships with suppliers, participating in contract negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Ensure product testing and quality control processes are maintain at regulatory GMP standard
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to assist in the creation of promotional materials, ensuring successful product launches
- Work closely with Sales and marketing for below-the-line planning and execution
- Analyse both Sell-in and Sell-through sales and ROI
- Involve in inventory forecasting and ordering
- Close cooperation with the Warehouse team on the arrival of goods to ensure efficient space management
- Responsible for monitoring and collating competitive activities, analysis and interpretation of market information
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in product management in FMCG
- Entry level candidates without working experience may also apply
- Highly self-motivated, analytic and strategic personnel
- Dynamic team player with creative flair and leadership qualities
- Good initiator with strong multi-task and time management skills
- Possess effective communication and good interpersonal skills
