Responsibilities:
You will be part of the team to assist clients in built environment industry to embark on their digital transformation journey. You will be involved in:
- Working with various stakeholders, which includes client teams, industry practitioners, technology providers and research institutions, to adopt latest digital technology and develop solutions to support the built environment;
- Evaluate the feasibility of the various new and emerging methodologies and technologies;
- Assist in the formulation, testing and providing recommendation to various aspect of digital transformation in project, organisation and industry-wide implementation.
Requirements:
- A diploma/degree in Architecture, Engineering, or construction-related discipline.
- 3-9 years of working experience
- Able to work independently as well as effectively as a team and possess eagerness to learn
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with BIM methodologies, techniques and keep up with the latest development
- Capable in Autodesk Revit or other BIM software
- Conducting research, interviews with key stakeholders, and/or other business analysis tasks contributing to client deliverables and project routines
- Collating and reconciling data and information from various sources to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Good command of spoken and written English
- A keen interest in digital technology will have an added advantage.
