Your Role:

As a Project Manager in our Client Partnership team, you will play a pivotal role in translating strategic visions into tangible results. You'll manage the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring they align with our client's business objectives and our commitment to delivering growth and impact. By embracing our B2Human philosophy, you'll help our clients connect with their customers on a deeper level, differentiating their brand and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage Work streams while holding project team members accountable to delivery schedules and quality standards.
  • Strategically Lead Projects with a B2Human Focus: Spearhead projects by aligning them with business growth objectives through our results-driven, B2Human approach, ensuring strategic coherence and impactful delivery.
  • Deepen Client Relationships as the Primary Liaison: Serve as the key contact for clients, fostering strong relationships by consistently delivering value and addressing their unique challenges and goals with empathy and understanding.
  • Guide Projects with our Four-Phased Approach: Lead cross-functional teams through discovery, KPI establishment, execution, and optimisation phases, applying feedback loops to refine marketing strategies and achieve excellence.
  • Enhance Project Efficiency with AI and Automation: Utilise AI and automation technologies to streamline project management processes and innovate client solutions, boosting efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Champion SEO and Web Development Initiatives: Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies and web development projects, ensuring technical specifications, user experience standards, and client objectives are met with the support of SEO specialists and web developers.
  • Orchestrate Integrated Digital Marketing Campaigns: Execute digital marketing campaign plans across channels such as email, social media, and PPC, collaborating with marketing experts to analyse performance data and optimise ROI.
  • Ensure Adherence to Industry Standards: Stay abreast of digital marketing, web development, and SEO best practices and compliance requirements, ensuring projects meet the highest quality standards.
  • Foster Team Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical and creative teams, ensuring an integrated approach to project execution that leverages diverse skills and perspectives.
  • Analyse Data and Report Insights: Monitor key performance metrics from web analytics and marketing campaigns, delivering insightful analysis to stakeholders for informed decision-making and strategy adjustments.
