Job Summary:
As an RPA Associate, you will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing robotic automation solutions. This role is open to fresh graduates with a background in database administration or data analysis.
Responsibilities:
1. RPA Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using industry-standard tools.
2. Process Analysis:
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and gather process data.
3. Database Administration:
- Leverage database administration skills to extract, transform, and load data for automation processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in automated workflows.
4. Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to optimize automation performance.
5. Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including design specifications and test plans.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all automation projects.
6. Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and refine automation processes.
- Work closely with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on implemented RPA solutions.
- Address and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) is a plus.
